Free Shipping

All orders above ₹3,500 on etrnl.in include free shipping across India. Orders below ₹3,500 are charged a flat shipping fee of up to ₹500 depending on your location. No hidden charges — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary for remote or hard-to-reach pin codes. For select remote locations, we will confirm availability and delivery timeline before processing your order.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment in real time using the link provided.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and other leading courier services across India to ensure reliable and timely delivery. The courier partner for your order is selected based on your location and the fastest available route.

Installation

ETRNL products are designed for self-installation. Each order includes an installation guide with step-by-step instructions. Installation services are not included at this time.

Delivery Inspection

We strongly recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, crushed, or torn — please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at care@etrnl.in. For more details, refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
