Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Every ETRNL product is manufactured in-house with care — please review product dimensions, specifications, and compatibility before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we've got you covered.

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery — email us at care@etrnl.in with your order number and clear photos of the damage (product + packaging).
  • Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  • If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
  • If a replacement is unavailable (out of stock), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Inspect at Delivery

We strongly recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, crushed, or torn — please refuse the delivery. This helps us process your replacement faster and avoids unnecessary back-and-forth.

What Is Not Covered

  • Change of mind or "no longer needed"
  • Damage caused during self-installation or misuse
  • Products that have been modified, painted, or altered after delivery
  • Normal wear from regular use

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products only. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the exact product is unavailable, we will offer the closest equivalent or a full refund.
